Casey Babb, CCIM, and William J. Renje Jr., CCIM, of NAI Tampa Bay in Tampa, Fla., and two partners represented both parties in the $13.7 million sale of the 232-unit Altamonte Apartments in Tampa from an undisclosed seller to Asset Development & Management Group.

Mike McGaughy, CCIM, of Transwestern in Atlanta and a partner negotiated the $13 million sale of the 484-unit Quail Creek multifamily property in College Park, Ga., from LMRBC RBO I to Quail Creek Bellkor LLC. McGaughy and a partner also negotiated the $7 million sale of the 124-unit Waldan Pond multifamily property in Acworth, Ga., from Waldan Chase LLC to Tempo Real Estate/RDZ Waldan Chase Partners LLC.

Patrick D. Gallagher, CCIM, of Siegel-Gallagher Oncor International in Milwaukee and a partner represented Siegel-Gallagher Oncor International in the more than $8 million sale of the 192-unit Sunrise Heights Apartments in Middleton, Wis., to an undisclosed buyer.

Vijay Shah, CCIM, of Rivercrest Realty Investors in Raleigh, N.C., represented Rivercrest Realty Investors in the $24.3 million purchase of the 152,355-sf Hanes Commons Shopping Center in Winston-Salem, N.C., from Hanes Commons LLC.

Edward Hanley, CCIM, of Hanley Investment Group in Irvine, Calif., and two partners represented Glendale Square LLC in the $19.5 million sale of a 46,196-sf shopping center in Glendale, Calif., to Glendale Square Holdings LLC. Hanley and a partner also represented both parties in the $6.7 million sale of a 12,231-sf strip center in Corona, Calif., from an undisclosed seller to Karra’a Family Trust.

Keith A. Sturm, CCIM, and Deborah K. Vannelli, CCIM, of Upland Real Estate Group in Minneapolis represented Upland Real Estate Group in the $6.3 million sale of a 14,490-sf Walgreens in Parker, Colo., to undisclosed buyers. Sturm and Vannelli also represented Upland Real Estate Group in the $4.4 million sale of a 20,400-sf Camping World store in Madison, Wis., to an undisclosed buyer.

Peter Cotsirilos, CCIM, of National Realty Network in Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., and a partner represented Tinbro Property Management in the more than $4.3 million purchase of a 20,000-sf retail center in Olympia Fields, Ill., from an undisclosed seller.

Bruce V. Holmes, CCIM, of HotelBrokerOne in Oklahoma City negotiated the more than $3.9 million sale of a 91-room Super 8/Red Roof Inn in Oklahoma City from Roger L. Hambree to Avak Enterprise.

Terry A. Stieve, CCIM, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in St. Louis and a partner represented Proctor & Gamble in the $24.3 million, 5-year lease of 1.1 million sf of industrial space in Edwardsville, Ill., from Multi-Employer Property Trust.

Aiman Noursoultanova, CCIM, of CB Richard Ellis in Reno, Nev., represented Scannell Properties in the $20.7 million sale of the 261,296-sf Brookside Corporate Center in Reno to Chesapeake Real Estate Value Investors. Noursoultanova also represented Columbus Nova in the more than $9.5 million sale of a 148,319-sf industrial facility in Reno to a private investor.

Matthew J. Dickerson, CCIM, of NAI Olympia Partners in Indianapolis and a partner represented Precedent Commercial Development LLC in the $10.2 million, 10-year lease of 77,041 sf of industrial space in Greenfield, Ind., to Harlan, Sprague, Dawley.

Christopher J. Brown, CCIM, of DTZ Barnicke in Toronto, Ontario, and a partner represented TLEG Investments/ Newmark Developments in the more than $6.8 million sale of a 94,690-sf industrial facility in Toronto to Humber College Institute.

William Bo Bradford Jr., CCIM, of Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors in Orlando, Fla., and a partner represented Delta Properties International LLC in the more than $5.9 million purchase of an 80,389-sf industrial property in Orlando from LDL Holdings Florida LLC.

Terence P. Coyne, CCIM, of Grubb & Ellis in Cleveland represented Masco Corp. in the more than $4.6 million sale of a 447,774-sf industrial facility in Loudonville, Ohio, to Loudonville Realty LLC.

Jeffrey R. Bender, CCIM, James P. O’Connell, CCIM, Thomas M. Powers, CCIM, and Michael J. Sullivan, CCIM, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Cincinnati and a partner represented both the lessee, Commonwealth, and the lessor, RREEF, in the $4.2 million, 5-year lease of 419,000 sf of industrial space in Blue Ash, Ohio.

Cynthia R. Greenwell, CCIM, of Kean Properties LLC in Kihei, Hawaii, represented Maui Memorial Hospital in the $14.3 million, 15-year lease of a 21,000-sf medical office building in Kahului, Hawaii, from an undisclosed lessor.

Evan M. Magrill, CCIM, N. Dean Meyer, CCIM, and Eric B. Robison, CCIM, of Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield Alliance in Richmond, Va., negotiated the $7.6 million sale of a two-building office portfolio totaling 62,700 sf in Richmond from an undisclosed seller to JEDD of South Carolina.

Tedd B. Rosenstein, CCIM, of Nevada Development and Realty Co. in Las Vegas represented Twain & P.V. Shopping Center in the $7 million sale of a 51,795-sf medical office building in Las Vegas to an undisclosed buyer.

Sabina A.F. Holtzman, CCIM, of Stephen Frank Associates in Ladue, Mo., represented PPM/Long Road LLC in the more than $6.6 million purchase of a 134,000-sf office/warehouse in Chesterfield, Mo., from Long Investment Co.

Robert Lowe, CCIM, and Whit McCrary, CCIM, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Brentwood, Tenn., represented Kirkland Properties LLC in the $5.3 million sale of 31,634 sf of office space in Nashville, Tenn., to Principle Equity Management LP. Lowe and McCrary also represented Kirkland Properties LLC in the $3.5 million sale of 20,861 sf of office space in Nashville to Principle Equity Management LP.

William Scott Abernethy, CCIM, Michael A. Hartmann, CCIM, and Donald Murphy, CCIM, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Cincinnati and two partners represented NorthPointe Development LLC in the $3.8 million sale of 27,000 sf of office space in Cincinnati to Reconstruction Ortho LLC.

Camille Renshaw, CCIM, of Colliers Arnold in Clearwater, Fla., negotiated the more than $3.5 million sale of 18,000 sf of office space in Tampa, Fla., from Kelley Land Holdings LLC to Centurion Center. Renshaw also represented Foresight Technologies in the more than $3.2 million sale of 17,712 sf of office space in St. Petersburg, Fla., to Cortland Realty Partners I LLC.

Land

BIG Deal

Jeff Beard, CCIM, of The J. Beard Co. LP in The Woodlands, Texas, represented both parties in the $15 million, 15-year lease of 54 acres of land in Conroe, Texas, from Mercan City Place Development to Sadler Clinic.

Gaston Reboredo, CCIM, of Commercial Real Estate Development Group LLC in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., represented an undisclosed buyer in the $13.9 million purchase of 14 acres of land in Miami from an undisclosed seller.

Cesar Paredes, CCIM, of Global Commercial & Investment Real Estate in Garza Garcia, Nuevo Léon, Mexico, negotiated the $13 million sale of 50 acres of land in Toluca, Estado de México, Mex., from Frisa Group to Prologis. Paredes also negotiated the $11.5 million sale of 80 acres of land in Apodaca, Nuevo Léon, Mexico, from Comercializadora Or Esperanza to the O’Donnell Group.

The BIGGEST Deals

Richard A. Brugge Jr., CCIM, of Cushman & Wakefield in Tampa, Fla., and a partner represented USAA Real Estate Co. in the $47.3 million sale of a two-building office portfolio totaling 350,232 sf in Tampa to TA Associates.
