Edward J. Redlich, CCIM, and Viktoria Telek, CCIM, of ComReal Miami in Miami negotiated the 10-year, $2.1 million lease of 11,565 sf of office space in Miami to Enterprise Rent-A-Car from an undisclosed lessor.

Craig D. Timmins, CCIM, of Investment Properties Corp. in Naples, Fla., negotiated the more than $1.1 million sale of a 3,244-sf office building in Naples from Dorset Associates LLC to Gerardo Santiago, D.D.S.

Land

William A. Eshenbaugh, CCIM, and Ryan Sage Sampson, CCIM, of Eshenbaugh Land Co. in Tampa, Fla., and a partner represented Centrex Homes in the more than $2.8 million sale of 19 acres of land in Brandon, Fla., to Phillips Development and Realty.

Edward J. Redlich, CCIM, and Viktoria Telek, CCIM, of ComReal Miami in Miami represented Precision Response Corp. in the more than $2.2 million sale of 2.95 acres of land in Miami to Deerwood Financial Center.

Financing

Kevin Jenkins, CCIM, of NorthMarq Capital in Charlotte, N.C., arranged the $2.6 million financing of the 15,836-sf Ebenezer Medical Building in Rock Hill, S.C., for a private investor.

Richard P. Dupuis, CCIM, of Bendel Mortgage Co. in Lafayette, La., arranged a more than $1.2 million loan on a 63,000-sf retail center in Lafayette for a private investor.

Industrial

Kenneth R. Braden, CCIM, of Colliers Barry in Milwaukee represented Morse Properties LLC in the $2.1 million purchase of the 41,094-sf Wisconsin Lift Truck industrial facility in Germantown, Wis., from Wolter Investment Co. LLC.

Retail

Paula Danker, CCIM, of Voit Commercial Brokerage in San Diego negotiated the $2.4 million sale of a 4,873-sf retail building in San Antonio from Jack in the Box to Cunningham San Diego LLC.

Kevin T. James, CCIM, of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker in Columbus, Ohio, and a partner represented an undisclosed seller in the more than $1.3 million sale of a 6,832-sf retail building in Hillard, Ohio, to Main Street Station Properties LLC.
